Please join the Willard Neighborhood Association for our First Annual Ice Cream Social on Tuesday, August 7, from 7 to 9 pm. Meet your neighbors at the redwood corner of Willard Park (Derby and Hillegass) for free ice cream and toppings, and entertainment. You'll also have the opportunity to meet police and firefighters and learn how you can help prevent crime in the neighborhood. We will be giving away free whistles to the first 100 attendees!
