Business Leaders Discuss Turning Telegraph into a 24 Hour Business District

Members of the Telegraph Merchants’ Association are discussing a plan to eliminate current operating time restrictions for businesses on Telegraph. The vision is to attract flocks of students who will peacefully sip cappuccino and type on their laptops until the wee hours. Personally I'd love to be able to walk up there for a late night dinner instead of having to drive to Au Coquelet or Rudy's Can't Fail Cafe.
