East Bay Express Article about Neighborhood Reactions to BRT

Kathleen Richards has written an article for today's East Bay Express about neighborhood reactions to AC Transit's BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) project called Bumps in the Road. The article talks about the areas impacted from Fruitvale in Oakland to Downtown Berkeley.
